Build Your Perfect Parade Day
Come for the homes. Stay for everything else.
Parade homes are open daily from 10 AM–6 PM, September 18–27. Opening and closing weekends also feature live entertainment, food trucks and the beer garden from 4–6 PM. Some special events are invitation-only and not open to the general public.
VIP Preview Night
An exclusive first look at the Parade homes before opening to the public. This intimate evening recognizes the sponsors, partners and industry supporters who make the event possible while creating time for networking and celebrating the participating builders.
Opening Day at Stonebridge
The doors officially open from 10 AM–6 PM. Be among the first to tour all seven custom homes, meet participating builders and experience the Stonebridge community.
Opening Weekend Celebration
Tour the homes from 10 AM–6 PM, then enjoy live entertainment, food trucks and the beer garden from 4–6 PM. Make the Parade an experience—not simply a home tour.
Opening Weekend Sunday
Spend the day exploring exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and new-home inspiration. Food trucks, live entertainment and the beer garden return from 4–6 PM.
Senior Day
A dedicated day offering seniors discounted admission and a more relaxed weekday experience. Visitors can take their time, ask questions and enjoy more personal conversations with builders.
Contractor & Subcontractor Day
A celebration of the skilled professionals behind every finished home—from electricians and plumbers to framers, concrete crews, finish carpenters, suppliers and trade partners.
Realtor & Builder Caravan
Realtors and builders tour together to better understand builder strengths, design trends, construction processes and new opportunities for their clients.
Realtor & Builder Caravan Oktoberfest
Connect in the beer garden outside everyday transactions. Builders and Realtors can discuss market conditions, buyer expectations, industry challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
Future Builder Day
Students are invited to explore careers in residential construction, architecture, design, engineering, skilled trades and construction management while discovering the technology shaping the future of building.
Final Weekend Begins
Return for another chance to experience seven custom homes in a serene neighborhood setting close to it all. Stay for food trucks, live entertainment and the beer garden from 4–6 PM.
Final Weekend Celebration
Bring family and friends for home tours, standout craftsmanship and an easygoing community festival featuring food trucks, entertainment and the beer garden.
Last Chance to Tour
Take one final walk through all seven Parade homes, revisit your favorites and leave inspired. The final festival runs from 4–6 PM before the 2026 Parade comes to a close.
Building Community Together
Giving back through Habitat for Humanity.
The Parade is about building community as much as it is about showcasing homes. Proceeds from the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana in Lake County and Habitat for Humanity of Porter County, with proceeds divided equally between both organizations.
This partnership reflects the homebuilding industry’s commitment to safe, stable housing and to creating lasting opportunities for families throughout Northwest Indiana.
